c) although the Data Controller no longer needs it for processing purposes, personal data are necessary for you to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
d) You have opposed the processing, pending verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the Data Controller with respect to those of the interested party.
Art. 20 (Right to data portability): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format, and have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments on the part of the Data Controller to whom he has provided them, if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.
Art. 21 (Right to Opposition): You have the right to object, in whole or in part to the processing, therefore the Data Controller will refrain from further processing your data, unless it proves the existence of binding legitimate reasons to proceed with processing which override interests, rights and freedoms, or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court.
8. Right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data.
